培元抗癌汤联合TP方案治疗气虚血瘀型中晚期肺癌的效果及对免疫功能、MMP-9、CYFRA21-1水平、CAFs阳性率的影响

目的探讨培元抗癌汤联合TP方案治疗气虚血瘀型中晚期肺癌的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2021年2月我院收治的70例气虚血瘀型中晚期肺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用TP方案化疗,观察组采用培元抗癌汤联合TP方案治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为74.29%,高于对照组的48.57%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MMP-9、CYFRA21-1水平及CAFs阳性率均低于对照组(P<0.0)。结论采用培元抗癌汤联合TP方案治疗气虚血瘀型中晚期肺癌有助于提高临床疗效,促进患者免疫功能改善,降低MMP-9、CYFRA21-1水平及CAFs阳性率,值得临床应用并推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Peiyuan anti-cancer decoction combined with TP regimen in the treatment of middle and advanced lung cancer of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 70 patients with middle and advanced lung cancer of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TP regimen chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Peiyuan anti-cancer decoction combined with TP regimen.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 74.29%,which was higher than 48.57%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8^(+)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MMP-9,CYFRA21-1 and the positive rate of CAFs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Peiyuan anti-cancer decoction combined with TP regimen in the treatment of middle and advanced lung cancer of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type can help increase the clinical efficacy,improve the immune function of patients,and reduce the levels of MMP-9,CYFRA21-1 and the positive rate of CAFs,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
