盐酸利托君联合硝苯地平对先兆流产患者sHLA-G、EmAb水平及免疫功能的影响

Effects of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with nifedipine on sHLA-G,EmAb levels and immune function in patients with threatened abortion

目的探讨盐酸利托君联合硝苯地平对先兆流产患者可溶性人类白细胞抗原-G(sHLA-G)、子宫内膜抗体(EmAb)水平及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2020年9月我院收治的84例先兆流产患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用盐酸利托君联合硝苯地平治疗。比较两组的炎症因子、sHLA-G、EmAb水平及免疫功能指标。结果治疗后,观察组的IL-6、IL-17水平低于对照组,TGF-β水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的sHLA-G水平高于对照组,EmAb水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床采用盐酸利托君联合硝苯地平治疗先兆流产能有效减轻患者的炎症反应,改善sHLA-G、EmAb水平,提高患者免疫功能,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with nifedipine on soluble human leukocyte antigen-G(sHLA-G),endometrial antibodies(EmAb)levels and immune function in patients with threatened abortion.Methods A total of 84 patients with threatened abortion admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by lottery,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride combined with nifedipine.The levels of inflammatory factors,sHLA-G,EmAb and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of TGF-βwas higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of sHLA-G in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of EmAb was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of threatened abortion,ritodrine hydrochloride combined with nifedipine can effectively reduce the inflammatory response,improve the sHLA-G and EmAb levels,and improve the immune function of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
