时效性激励护理干预对基底节区高血压脑出血患者术后神经功能康复的影响

Effect of time-effectiveness incentive nursing intervention on postoperative neurological function rehabilitation of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia region

目的分析时效性激励护理干预对基底节区高血压脑出血患者术后神经功能康复的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年7月我院收治的51例基底节区高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=25)和研究组(n=26)。对照组采取常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上采取时效性激励护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果护理后,研究组的SAS、SDS、ESES、CD-RISC、NIHSS、FMAS、MoCA评分以及生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论时效性激励护理干预能有效改善基底节区高血压脑出血术后患者的心理状态,促进患者神经、运动以及认知功能恢复,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of time-effectiveness incentive nursing intervention on postoperative neurological function rehabilitation of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia region.Methods A total of 51 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia region admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=25)and study group(n=26)by random number table method.The control group took routine nursing intervention,and the study group took time-effectiveness incentive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS,ESES,CD-RISC,NIHSS,FMAS,MoCA and quality of life in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Time-effectiveness incentive nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia region,promote the recovery of neurological,motor and cognitive functions,and improve the quality of life.
