摘要
大压比有阀线性压缩机为JT节流制冷机提供稳定的气源以及获取低温所需的压力,为了获得两级耦合的关键运行参数(运行频率、活塞行程、充气压力)对级联压缩机输出特性的影响,开展了相应的研究与测试。搭建了两级压缩机耦合实验台,通过改变工况条件,获得了两级压缩的输出特性:在运行频率均为40 Hz,满行程工作在0.215 MPa的充气压力下,获得了7.12的压比,8 mg/s的质量流量,压缩机效率为17.1%。
The valved linear compressor can provides stable helium gas with high pressure ra-tio for JT refrigerator.To obtain the influence of the key operating parameters(operating frequen-cy,piston stroke,charging pressure)on the output characteristics of the cascade valved linear compressors,the corresponding research and test are carried out.A two-stage valved linear com-pressors test platform is built.By changing the working conditions,the output characteristics of two-stage compression are obtained.Both of the two compressors operate at the frequency of 40 Hz and charging pressure of 0.215 MPa with full piston stroke.A pressure ratio of 7.12 and mass flow of 8 mg/s can be obtained with a compressor efficiency of 17.1%.
