冷压缩机中热沉漏热的数值计算研究

摘要 讨论了冷压缩机热沉的两种冷却方式即铜编织带导热冷却和液氮对流冷却,分别对其建立了传热物理模型。以加速器驱动嬗变研究装置(China Initiative Accelerator Driven System,CIADS)项目2 K实验平台中进行测试的小流量冷压缩机为例,对其进行轴向导热的计算,结果表明:铜带导热冷却方式的漏热量沿热沉轴向安装位置的变化存在一个极小值点,而液氮对流冷却方式的漏热量为轴向安装位置的单调函数,前者的漏热量始终大于后者。通过轴向导热的计算,确定出热沉最佳的冷却方式和轴向安装位置。以铜带导热冷却方式,热沉安装在轴向长度30 mm处,此时漏热量存在最小值为9.78 W;以液氮对流冷却方式,最小漏热量为2.71 W。 Two methods of cooling the heat sink of the cold compressor,by heat conduction of copper belts and by heat convection of liquid nitrogen,were discussed in this research.Heat transfer models were established for these two methods respectively.The axial heat conduction calculation was carried out for a low mass flow-rate cold compressor,to be tested in the 2 K cryo-genic system developed for the China Initiative Accelerator Driven System(CiADS).The results show that along the axial installation position,the heat leakage of copper belts cooling exists a minimum value and that of liquid nitrogen cooling changes monotonously,while the heat leakage of the former is always larger than that of the latter.The minimum heat leakage is 9.78 W for the copper belts cooling when the axial position of the heat sink is 30 mm,while the the minimum heat leakage is 2.71 W for the liquid nitrogen cooling.
