摘要
为调查和了解上海动物园园区内动物的弓形虫(Toxoplasma gondii)感染情况,防范园区野生动物弓形虫病,采用Real-time PCR法和ELISA方法分别对采集自园区内流浪猫的103份全血样本和95份血清样本开展弓形虫核酸和血清抗体检测。结果表明,103份全血样本中均未检出弓形虫抗原。95份血清样本中,检出弓形虫IgG抗体49份,总体阳性率51.6%,阳性率最高区域为灵长动物区(83.3%),最低为两栖爬行类区与兽医院(40.0%),不同区域、不同月份间流浪猫血清抗体S/P值差异未达显著水平。结果提示,园区内流浪猫弓形虫抗体阳性率较高,易感圈养动物的暴露风险较大,在饲养管理中应当引起重视。
The study aimed to investigate the Toxoplasma gondii infection of animals in the Shanghai Zoo,and prevent toxoplasmosis of wild animals in the park.A total of 103 whole blood samples and 95 serum samples were collected from feral cats in the park;Toxoplasma nucleic acid of whole blood samples and sero antibodies were analyzed by Real-time PCR and ELISA methods,respectively.The results showed that no Toxoplasma antigen was detected in 103 whole blood samples.Among 95 serum samples,49 of the Toxoplasma IgG antibodies were detected,with an overall positive rate of 51.6%.The highest positive rate was 83.3%in the primate area,and the lowest was 40.0%in the amphibian and reptile area and the veterinary hospital.The difference in serum antibody S/P values of feral cats between months did not reach a significant level.The results suggest that the positive rate of antibodies to T.gondii in stray cats in the park is relatively high,and the risk of exposure to susceptible captive animals is relatively high,which should attract more attention in the breeding management.
