Improvement of Heat Resistance of Heat Conductive Aluminum Alloy

摘要 主要研究耐热导电铝合金耐热性能不达标的补救方案,通过分别研究单丝及铝杆热处理的试验,发现对单丝进行190℃×7 h的热处理,可以将单丝的耐热性提高5%~7%,单丝耐热性能达到95%~97%,但后续绞线因单丝表面缺乏油膜容易出现擦伤;对耐热铝杆进行290℃×7 h热处理,拉拔后的单丝耐热性能可以提高1.5%~3%,耐热性能达到90%~93%,且单丝表面不存在质量问题。 The remedial program for substandard heat-resistant performance of the heat-resistant conductive aluminum alloy was mainly carried out. Through the monofilament and aluminum rod heat treatment, the experimental results demonstrate that heat treatment of heat-resistant monofilament at 190 ℃ for 7 h can improve the heat resistance of the monofilament by 5%~7%, which is generally in the range of 95%~97%. However, the subsequent strand is prone to bruise due to the lack of oil film on the surface of the monofilament. Heat treatment of heat-resistant aluminum rod at 290 ℃ for 7 h can improve the heat-resistance of monofilament by 1.5%~3% after drawing, which is generally in the range of 90%~93% with absence of surface quality defects.
