摘要
采用观察法和试验法,介绍了江苏盱眙大云山1号汉墓出土编钟复原铸造过程中的合金配比、翻制模型、修调蜡模、把控熔炼、刻凿锉磨等技艺与其精准发音的关联性,对研究中国青铜乐钟的型制尺寸、发音机制、调音方法以及双音铸调技术具有实践意义。
The relationship between the precise pronunciation and the alloy proportion, remaking model, adjusting wax mold, controlling melting, cutting file grinding and other techniques of the bell in the restoration casting process of the bell unearthed from the No.1 Han Tomb in Dayunshan in Xuyi, Jiangsu Province was analyzed by the methods of observation and experiment, which is of practical significance to investigate the size, pronunciation mechanism, tuning methods and the lost double-tone casting technology of Chinese bronze bell.
