鹅源鼠伤寒沙门菌的分离与耐药性分析

摘要 为开展鹅群鼠伤寒沙门菌感染的预防和控制,本试验对临床病料进行细菌分离,继而对分离菌株进行生化试验、沙门菌属特异性invA基因PCR扩增和血清型鉴定,药敏试验和β-内酰胺酶类耐药基因CTX-M-9的检测。结果显示,本试验共分离到10株鹅源鼠伤寒沙门菌分离株,5株为多重耐药菌株,其中3株对阿莫西林、美洛西林耐药,2株含有β-内酰胺酶类耐药基因CTX-M-9。 In order to prevent and control Salmonella typhimurium infection in geese, bacteria were isolated from clinical materials(tissues), and examined by biochemical tests, PCR targeting Salmonella genus specific gene invA, serotype identification, drug sensitivity test and PCR mapping of β-lactamase resistance gene CTX-M-9. The results indicated that of the 10 Salmonella typhimurium isolates from geese, 5 strains were multidrug resistant, including 3 strains resistant to amoxicillin and mezlocillin, and 2 strains contain β-lactamase resistance gene CTX-M-9.
