摘要
为研制鹿特异性复合麻醉剂(XTQ)的特效复合颉颃剂,配合XTQ的实践应用,使麻醉鹿及时催醒以确保麻醉安全。试验选取临床健康梅花鹿12只,建立梅花鹿XTQ麻醉模型,试验组鹿肌内注射0.075 mL/(kg·bw)的复合苏醒剂,监测麻醉鹿苏醒期间镇静、镇痛和肌松恢复效果,以及体温(T)、呼吸频率(RR)和心率(HR)变化。结果显示,复合苏醒剂注射(16.78±1.88) min后麻醉鹿的镇痛、镇静和肌松效果完全恢复到麻醉前的行为状态,T、RR和HR也恢复至正常的生理范围。结果表明复合苏醒剂对XTQ麻醉的梅花鹿催醒迅速、平稳、效果显著。
In order to develop a special compound antagonist of deer-specific compound anesthetic(XTQ), in conjunction with the practical application of XTQ, twelve clinical healthy sika deer were selected to establish model of XTQ anesthesia. The deer in the test group were injected intramuscularly with 0.075 mL/(kg·bw) of compound resuscitation agent to monitor the effects of sedation, analgesia and muscle relaxation, as well as changes in temperature(T), respiratory rate(RR) and heart rate(HR) during the awakening period of the anesthetized deer. The results showed that the analgesic, sedative and muscle effects of anesthetized deer completely returned to the pre-anaesthetic behavioral state(16.78±1.88) minutes after compound resuscitation injection, and the T, RR and HR also returned to the normal physiological range. The results indicate that the compound rejuvenation agent can wake up the sika deer anesthetized by XTQ quickly, smoothly, and has a significant effect.
