摘要
目的:建立仿生提取电感耦合等离子体质谱技术(ICP-MS)测定柏子养心丸中可溶性汞含量的分析方法。方法:通过模拟人体胃肠道环境,采用人工胃液提取柏子养心丸中的可溶性汞,结合ICP-MS进行分析测定。结果:可溶性汞质量浓度在0~8.0 ng·mL^(-1)范围内与测量值线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为96.36%,RSD为1.7%(n=6)。结论:通过对实际样品的测定,该方法可用于柏子养心丸中可溶性汞含量的测定。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of the leachable mercury in Baiziyangxin Pills by bionic extraction-ICP-MS.Methods:Through simulating stomach condition,the leachable mercury was extracted by artificial gastric juice and detected by ICP-MS.Results:The linear range of soluble mercury was 0~8.0 ng·mL^(-1).The average recovery was 96.36%,RSD was 1.7%(n=6).Conclusion:The developed method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and it′s suitable for the determination of leachable mercury in Baiziyangxin Pills.
