马兜铃酸毒副作用研究概述

The Review and Analysis of Aristolochic Acid Side-effects

马兜铃酸广泛存在于马兜铃科马兜铃属及细辛属等植物中,自上世纪90年代“马兜铃酸肾病”事件以来,因其肾毒性、肝毒性及致突变性引起社会关注。本文从实验室研究、临床研究、毒理机制和减毒研究四个方面,探讨近年来马兜铃酸毒副作用研究现状,为安全使用含马兜铃酸类药物提供参考。

Aristolochic Acids(AAs)are components in the plants of Aristolochia and Asarum widely.Since the last century 90′s,the Aristolochic acid nephropathy incident driving people pay attention to them because of serious nephrotoxity,hepatotoxi and teratogenicity.In order to provide rules to use herbs with AA safely,we study the side-effects of AA on three aspects of experiments,clinical research,toxicity mechanism and detoxification.
