贵州省级森林康养基地建设评定指标体系

Evaluation Index System of Provincial Forest Wellness Base Construction in Guizhou

为促进贵州森林康养产业快速健康的发展、科学开展贵州省森林康养基地评定、制定符合贵州省森林康养基地建设的评价标准,文章基于国内外森林康养相关研究理论,结合贵州森林资源特点及经济发展水平,采用专家咨询法、层次分析法构建适合贵州省级森林康养基地建设评价指标体系(包括5项一级指标、25项二级指标、41项三级指标),并明确各项指标的内涵及权重值;同时,参考国家相关行业标准及森林康养、旅游资源方面的评价成果,建立相应的指标评分标准。该研究将有助于完善贵州省森林康养基地建设规范化、标准化。

In order to promote the rapid and healthy development of forest wellness tourism in Guizhou,it is urgent to carry out scientifically evaluation and formulate the standard for the construction.Based on the domestic and foreign studies and theories related to forest wellness with the feature of forest resources and economic development level.The study has adopted the expert consultation method and the analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation index system for the construction of provincial forest wellness base:It includes 5 first-level indicators,25 second-level indicators and 41 third-level indicators,also defines the connotation and weight value of each indicator.At the same time,according to the relevant national industry standards and the evaluation results of forest wellness and tourism resources,the corresponding index scoring standards are established.The study will help improve the normalization and standardization of the construction of forest wellness.
