大型卧螺离心机用于疏浚淤泥处理试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决疏浚淤泥处理场地受限的难题,选用国内最大型号的LW900型卧螺离心机对疏浚产生的高含水率淤泥进行脱水处理。在絮凝剂选型试验的基础上,研究了转鼓转速、溢流板直径以及转差速等工艺参数对离心机运行效果的影响。研究结果表明,LW900型卧螺离心机的最佳工作参数为:离心机进浆质量浓度65 g/L、转鼓转速1200 r/min、溢流板直径270 mm、转差速9 r/min。在该条件下,离心机出渣含水率为46%,处理量达到55 m^(3)/h,实现了淤泥的快速脱水,研究结果可为疏浚项目的设计和施工提供技术参考。 In order to solve the problem of limited disposal site for dredged silt,LW900 horizontal screw decanter centrifuge which is the largest model in China was selected to dehydrate the silt with high moisture content produced by dredging.On the basis of the selection test of flocculant,the influences of many technological parameters such as drum speed,overflow plate diameter and slip speed on the centrifuge operation were studied.The results showed that,the optimal working parameters of LW900 horizontal screw decanter centrifuge were as follows:the feed mass concentration was 65 g/L,the drum speed was 1200 r/min,the overflow plate diameter was 270 mm,and the slip speed was 9 r/min.Under the above conditions,the moisture content of centrifuge slag was 46%,the treatment capacity reached 55 m^(3)/h;the rapid dewatering of silt was realized.The reseach results can provide technical reference for the design and construction of dredging project.
