多抹棒联合拉力胶在急诊美容缝合中的应用

Efficacy of dermabond combined with elastic stick in emergency cosmetic suture

目的探讨多抹棒联合拉力胶在急诊美容缝合中的应用效果。方法自2018年2月至2018年10月,共51例患者因外伤急诊行改进美容缝合方法关闭伤口,即通过皮下逐层紧密缝合减轻皮下张力及消灭死腔,多抹棒涂抹关闭伤口,拉力胶外固定,使伤口在低张力下愈合。结果51例患者术后随访6~12个月。瘢痕美容评估与评级量表(SCAR)评分5分以下的约76.47%;瘙痒语言评分量表(VRS)评分1分以下的约80.39%;1例患者属瘢痕体质,出现明显瘢痕,其余患者获得满意效果。结论急诊外伤经彻底清创后采用改进美容缝合方法关闭伤口,瘢痕不明显,效果满意。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of dermabond combined with elastic stick in emergency cosmetic suture.Methods From February 2018 to October 2018,51 patients were treated with modified cosmetic suture to close the wound due to trauma emergency.The subcutaneous layer by layer close suture was used to reduce subcutaneous tension and eliminate dead cavity,dermabond was used to close the wound,and elastic stick was used for external fixation,so that the wound could be healed under low tension.Results All cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months.The proportion of SCAR score below 5 points was about 76.47%.The proportion of VRS score below 1 point was about 80.39%.One patient was of scar constitution with obvious scars,while the others obtained satisfactory result.Conclusion The improved cosmetic suture method can be used to close the wound after the emergency debridement with no obvious scar and satisfactory effect.
