皮肤修复材料有效性评价方法研究进展

Research progress of effectiveness evaluation methods of skin repair materials

皮肤修复愈合仍是医学领域内的重要课题之一,在临床和基础研究中,为了对皮肤生物材料的修复愈合程度进行评价,建立客观合理的有效性评价指标及方法尤为重要,以便能够及时了解皮肤修复的愈合情况,采取进一步治疗措施,避免由于皮肤损伤而出现感染,进而影响皮肤修复效果。本文对皮肤修复愈合有效性评价的体内、体外方法进行综述和讨论,为皮肤修复愈合研究提供参考。

Skin repair and healing is one of the important topics in the field of medicine.In clinical application and medical research,it is particularly important to establish an objective and reasonable evaluation index and method for evaluating the repair and healing degree of skin biomaterial.It can help us to timely understand the healing of skin repair,to take further treatment measures to avoid infection after skin damage.In this paper,the in vivo and in vitro method for evaluating the validity of skin repair and healing were briefly reviewed and discussed.It is hoped to provide reference for researchers of skin repair and healing.
