职业技能大赛视域下高职学生工匠精神培育路径探究--以全国职业院校技能大赛-农产品质量安全检测赛项为例

技能大赛和工匠精神是新时代高等职业院校技术技能人才培养的重要内容。文章以辽宁农业职业技术学院食品药品学院为例,以全国职业院校技能大赛高职组-农产品质量安全检测赛项为载体,对职业技能大赛视域下高等职业院校人才工匠精神的培育途径进行探讨。目的是探索技能大赛与工匠精神相融合的工匠人才培养途径,通过技能大赛不断提升学生专业能力与职业素养,弘扬工匠精神。

Vocational skill competition and craftsman spirit are important contents of technical talents training in vocational colleges in the new era.Taking the Food and Drug Department of Liaoning Agricultural Technical College as an exemplar,taking the National Skills Competition-Agricultural Product Quality and Security Inspection Competition as the carrier,this paper probes into the ways of cultivating the craftsman spirit of talents in vocational colleges from the perspective of vocational skill competition,for the purpose of exploring the ways of training craftsmen with the in tegration of skill competition and craftsman spirit,and continuously improving students'professional ability and accomplishment through skill competitions,so as to carry forward craftsman spirit.
