基于改良新型冰帽技术探讨DHCA脑保护策略的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:基于改良新型冰帽技术探讨主动脉夹层深低温停循环(Deep hypothermia circulatory arrest,DHCA)脑保护策略。方法:选取我院2020年1月至12月收治的30例行主动脉夹层DHCA治疗的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(15例)与实验组(15例),对照组采用普通橡胶冰帽处理,实验组采用改良新型冰帽处理,比较两组患者血清IL-6、IL-10、胶质纤维酸性蛋白水平、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:实验组患者治疗后血清IL-6、IL-10、胶质纤维酸性蛋白水平均优于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组患者NIHSS及不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良新型冰帽技术在主动脉夹层DHCA患者脑保护中的效果更为理想。 Objective:To explore the brain protection strategy of DHCA for aortic dissection based on the improved new ice cap technique.Methods:Thirty cases who underwent DHCA treatment for aortic dissection from January 2020 to December 2020 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University were selected as the research objects,and the they were randomly divided into the control group(15 cases)and the experimental group(15 cases).The control group was treated with ordinary rubber ice caps,and the experimental group was treated with modified new ice caps.The serum levels of IL-6,IL-10,glial fibrillary acidic protein and the national nerve function impairment(NIHSS)scores and adverse reactions in health centers.Results:After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-10,and glial fibrillary acidic protein in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the NIHSS and poor inci⁃dence rate in the experimental group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved new ice cap technique is more effective in brain protection of patients undergoing DHCA aortic dissection.
