摘要
为提高巷道掘进效率,缓解采掘接续紧张局面,通过对EBZ-160型综掘机进行优化改造,实现了机载锚杆钻机、临时支护装置与掘进机的有机结合,并基于下霍煤矿1306回风顺槽工程地质条件,设计了巷道支护方案,确定了掘锚护一体化综掘技术工艺。现场应用结果表明,采用上述工艺后下霍煤矿1306回风顺槽掘进效率明显提高,工人劳动强度与安全生产环境明显改善。
To improve the driving efficiency and release the tension of mining-excavation relay,the author introduces the optimized transformation on EBZ-160-typed roadheader to realize the rational combination of airborne roofbolter,temporary support device and the roadheader,and proposes the integrated technology of driving,bolting and supporting based on the engineering geological conditions at 1306 air-return crossheading of Xiahuo Colliery,which can increase the driving efficiency and improve the labor intensity and safety production environment.
