摘要
结合黄陵一号煤矿1005回风顺槽现场地质条件,煤巷综掘工作面使用交错式超前支护装置作为临时支护方式代替传统的吊环前探梁和机载前探梁,扩大临时支护覆盖范围,有效的控制顶板,优化施工工艺,更大程度发挥了综掘机的掘进效率,进一步提升掘进装备水平。
In view of the on-site geological conditions of 1005 ventilation crossheading in Huangling No.1 Colliery,the paper presents the application of staggered advanced supporting device as a temporary support means instead of traditional rings and airborne ahead of the ground beam at fully-mechanized working face to enlarging the coverage of temporary support,controlling the roof effectively,optimizing construction technology,which can enhance the level of excavating equipment by increasing the tunneling efficiency of roadheader.
