摘要
文中对A组煤大采高综采工作面沿空巷道矿压综合分析与支护加固技术进行研究,并以安徽张集煤矿1610A综采工作面运顺沿空巷道顶、帮治理工程为背景,针对A组煤大采高工作面沿空巷道顶板压力大及回采动压显现较大的压力叠加现象,采取了针对性的差异化锚索支护方案,并采用超细水泥循环注浆加固煤壁、改良煤体技术,提高煤体强度。通过采取综合支护、加固治理措施,巷道治理取得良好效果。研究结果可以为其他矿井类似条件的综采工作面沿空巷道治理提供一定的借鉴。
Aiming at the large roof pressure in gob-side entry and dynamic stress superposition in mining at 1610A large-mining-height fully-mechanized working face with A group coal of Anhui Zhangji Colliery,the author proposes the corresponding anchor-cable support scheme with reinforcing coal side by circulating grouting with superfine cement,improving coal body and increasing coal body strength,which has been proved effective in roadway control and can provide a reference for similar gob-side entry control.
