Application Analysis of Blasting Roof Cutting and Roadway Retaining Technology in Fully Mechanized Face of Yixin Coal Industry Co.

以亿欣煤业XV2303工作面实例,为实现工作面无煤柱开采,拟采用爆破切顶无充填留巷技术;确定切顶高度和角度等关键参数;回采期间对超前影响段、剧烈影响段和留巷稳定段采取不同的支护措施;现场应用表明,巷道表面位移小,切顶效果良好;经济效益显著。

Taking the XV2303 working face of Yixin Coal Industry as an example,in order to achieve anthracitic column mining at the working face,it is proposed to adopt the technology of blasting roof cutting with free-filling roadway to determine the key parameters such as roof cutting height and angle.During the stoping period,different support measures are adopted for the advanced influence section,severe influence section and stable roadway retention section.Field application shows that the roadway surface displacement is small,the roof cutting effect is good,and the economic benefits are significant.
