摘要
本文在对近距离煤层采空区下综放工作面回采巷道稳定性影响因素进行分析的基础上,针对铺龙湾煤业81031巷道因受上覆近距离5号煤层5103工作面采空区采动应力影响而出现帮鼓、底鼓以及支护工序不合理等实际情况,提出81031巷道支护设计和支护工序的优化方案,通过矿压监测数据显示围岩位移量较优化前明显减小,锚固区应力稳定,围岩变形能够被很好地控制。
By analysis of the influence factors on the stability of fully mechanized caving face under the goaf in close-distance coal seam,the paper puts forward the optimization scheme for the supporting design and supporting procedure at 81031 roadway in Pulongwan Coal Industry Co.,aiming at the side heave,floor heave and unreasonable supporting process caused by the overlying close-distance No.5 coal seam at 5103 working face,which can reduce the surrounding rock displacement significantly and control the the deformation with stable stress in anchorage zone.
