浮船式取水泵站电气设备布置的优化设计 被引量:5

摘要 浮船式取水泵站相对传统固定式取水泵站具有取水水质好、效率高、建设周期短、投资低、能适应较大水位高差等众多优势,在水利工程中逐步得到应用。但水利行业中相关浮船泵站电气设备布置的介绍较少,本文总结多个浮船式取水泵站电气设备布置的设计经验,将实际工程案例概括为三个方案并作对比,列举出电气优化设计的部分关键点,使电气设备布置更加合理、紧凑、可靠、环保,进一步降低投资、运营成本,对于相关水利工程取水泵站以后的设计、建设工作具有一定的参考意义。 Compared with the traditional fixed intake pumping station,the floating boat intake pumping station has many advantages,such as good water quality,high efficiency,short construction period,low investment,being able to adapt to the large water level difference,and so on.Therefore,it has been gradually applied in water conservancy projects.However,the introduction of the electrical equipment layout of the relevant floating boat pumping stations in the water conservancy industry is less,this paper summarizes the design experience of electrical equipment layout of several floating water intake pumping stations.This paper describes the actual engineering cases,summarizes and compares the three schemes,and enumerates some key points of the electrical optimization design,which makes the electrical layout more reasonable,compact,reliable and environmentally friendly,and further reduces the investment and operation cost.It has a certain reference significance for the future design and construction of water intake pumping stations of related water conservancy projects.
