摘要
为解决高速铁路工程建设由于多方参与、多专业协调、多工种交叉而产生的技术接口管理问题,提高高速铁路工程技术接口管理水平,实现全过程、全要素、集成化技术接口管理,基于质量链理论,从工序质量、协同质量、组织质量3个维度出发,讨论各质量维度的影响因素以及提高各维度质量的方法。结合生命周期理论,对高速铁路工程技术接口的规划、分析、设计、实施、验证等全生命周期阶段的理论和方法工具进行探讨,构建高速铁路工程技术接口体系。再结合协同工作原理,以构建的技术接口体系为基础,以质量流、价值流、信息流为导向,构建高速铁路工程技术接口数字化管理平台。该数字化管理平台的构建将实时动态地对技术接口进行集成化、标准化、精细化管理,提高高速铁路整个建设过程的效率与效益,为高速铁路复杂的技术接口管理提供参考依据。
In order to solve the technical interface management problems of high-speed railway engineering construction arising fromthe multi-participation,multi-professional coordination and multi-specialty intersection,improve the level of technical interface management of high-speed railway engineering,and realize the whole process,all elements and integrated technical interface management.Firstly,based on the quality chain theory,this paper discussedthe influencing factors of each quality dimension and the methods to improve the quality of each dimension from the three dimensions of process quality,collaborative quality and organizational quality.Then,by combining the life cycle theory,this paper discussed the theory and method tools in the whole life cycle stage of high-speed railway engineering technology interface,such as planning,analysis,design,implementation,verification,etc.,and constructedthe high-speed railway engineering technology interface system.Finally,in combination with the principle of collaborative workanbased on the constructed technical interface system oriented by quality flow,value flow and information flow,the digital management platform of high-speed railway engineering technology interface was constructed.The construction of the digital management platform could dynamically integrate,standardize and refine the management of technical interface in real time,improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the whole construction process of high-speed railway,and provide reference for the complex technical interface management of high-speed railway.
