本文以英国、法国、德国和荷兰等几个欧洲主要国家及欧盟为研究案例,详细论述各自国家“印太”认知与战略动向,重点探讨欧洲“印太战略”的路径与举措,并深入分析欧洲“印太战略”的特征与不足。欧洲主要国家积极介入印太事务,加强与印太地区国家防务与经贸合作,在一定程度上反映了欧洲主要国家对印太地区的战略焦虑感与对中国快速发展的忧虑感,对全球地缘政治格局特别是印太地区安全局势产生了一定的影响,欧洲主要国家“印太”认知与动向增加了印太地区安全的不确定性,使印太地区战略结构进一步失衡,印太地区安全与冲突风险上升。在印太地区形成美国和欧洲主要国家共同抗衡中国的阵线而使该地区安全局势进一步复杂化。

Taking Britain,France,Germany major European countries as the case studies,this paper discusses their respective responses to the“Indo-Pacific Strategy”in details.It focuses on the path and measures of the European“Indo-Pacific Strategy”,and deeply analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of the European“Indo-Pacific Strategy”.To a certain extent,the major European countries’active involvement in the Indo-Pacific affairs and strengthening defense and economic and trade cooperation with countries in the Indo-Pacific region reflect their strategic anxiety about the Indo-Pacific region and China’s continuous development.It has a serious impact on the global geopolitical pattern,especially on the security situation in the Indo-Pacific region.The cognition and action of the major European countries on the“IndoPacific”region has increased the uncertainty of the security of the Indo-Pacific region,further imbalanced the power distribution of the Indo-Pacific region,and increased the risk of conflict in the Indo-Pacific region.The security situation has been further complicated by the formation of a common front between the United States and major European countries against China in the Indo-Pacific region.
