臀部是人体曲线重要构成部分,也是女性形体美的重要体现。目前常见的隆臀手术方式包括假体置入、自体脂肪填充、玻尿酸注射、自体组织瓣移植以及联合手术等。准确的术前评估、精细的手术操作、良好的术后并发症管理对于隆臀手术效果至关重要。该文就假体置入、自体脂肪填充两种主要的隆臀手术方法及其并发症防治进展进行了综述。

Buttock is an important element of body curve and a reflection of female attractiveness.Common surgical procedures of gluteal augmentation include prosthesis implantation,autologous fat grafting,hyaluronic acid injection,autologous flap transfer,et al.Precise preoperative evaluation,accurate operating procedures and proper postoperative management are extremely important for better result and patient satisfaction of the operation.The current review briefly summarizes two of the most common treatment options of gluteal augmentation and emphasizes the management of perioperative complications.
