摘要
在“项目制”背景下,社区教育项目制治理逐成趋势。实施社区教育项目制治理对贯彻落实社区教育政策、提高社区教育质量、丰富社区教育资源等具有积极意义。但与此同时,也极易导致社区教育治理目标的异化、治理样态的碎片化、治理路径的“项目依赖”、治理结果的“马太效应”等非预期后果。因此,应辩证看待社区教育项目制治理的利与弊,在大力推进社区教育“项目治教”的同时,需努力防止其负面效应。
Under the background of"project based governance"(PBG),the PBG of community education has become a trend.The implementation of PBG of community education is of positive significance to implement community education policies,improve the quality of community education and enrich community education resources.But at the same time,it can easily lead to the alienation of community education governance objectives,the fragmentation of governance patterns,the"project dependence"of governance paths,the"Matthew effect"of governance results and other unexpected consequences.Therefore,we should dialectically look at the advantages and disadvantages of the project based governance of community education.While vigorously promoting the"PBG of community education",we should strive to prevent its negative effects.
