高职院校劳动教育的内涵、问题及策略

Connotation,Problems and Strategies of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,也是高职院校实现高素质技术技能人才培养目标的重要教育活动。高职院校劳动教育是高职院校通过一系列有组织、有计划的劳动对学生进行教育,实现帮助学生树立正确的劳动价值取向、提高学生劳动技能水平、增强学生归属感和成就感、推动学生全面发展的育人目标,从而促进学生高质量就业创业创新和推动我国经济社会高质量发展的教育活动。当前,高职院校劳动教育还存在劳动教育理念滞后、劳动教育标准缺失、劳动教育保障不足等问题,因此,要从树立劳动教育可育人的理念、规范高职院校劳动教育课程编制、提升劳动教育教师专业发展能力、构建劳动教育多元实施机制四个方面深化高职院校劳动教育。

Labor education is not only an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,but also an important educational activity for higher vocational colleges to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.Labor education in higher vocational colleges is to educate students through a series of organized and planned activities,so as to achieve the educational goal of improving students'labor skills,helping students establish correct labor value orientation,enhancing students'sense of belonging and achievement,and promoting students'all-round development,then promoting students'high-quality employment,entrepreneurship and innovation and promote the high-quality development of China's economy and society.At present,there are still some problems in labor education in higher vocational colleges,such as the lagging concept of labor education,the lack of labor education standards and the lack of labor education security.Therefore,we should establish the concept that labor education can educate people,standardize the curriculum of labor education in higher vocational colleges,improve the professional development ability of labor education teachers,and construct a diversified implementation mechanism of labor education.
