“课程劳育”的缘起、内涵及推进路径 被引量:3

摘要 对“课程劳育”概念及其内涵的总结和提炼经历了由“名”到“实”、再到“名实相符”的一个过程。“课程劳育”是指通过主动挖掘各类课程的劳动教育元素,采取融入、渗透形式,对学生进行劳动价值观的熏陶和引导,是一种显隐结合的教育活动。“课程劳育”的内涵体现在四个方面,即“课程劳育”的理念是守正创新,“课程劳育”的本质是立德树人,“课程劳育”的方法是显隐结合,“课程劳育”的结构是立体多元。要推进“课程劳育”的实施,必须坚决落实学校党委的主体责任,充分发挥教师的关键作用、课程建设的基础作用。 The summary and refinement of the concept and connotation of"curriculum labor education"has experienced a process from"name"to"reality",and then to"consistency between name and reality"."Curriculum labor education"refers to the cultivation and guidance of students'labor values by actively excavating the labor education elements of various courses and adopting the form of integration and infiltration.It is an educational activity combining features of explicit and implicit.The connotation of curriculum labor education is reflected in four aspects,that is,the essence of"curriculum labor education"is to establish morality and cultivate people,the method of"curriculum labor education"is the combination of explicit methods and implicit methods,the structure of"curriculum labor education"is three-dimensional and pluralistic,and the thinking of"curriculum labor education"is inheritance and innovation.To promote the implementation of"curriculum labor education",we must firmly take the principal responsibility of the university's party committee and give full play to the key role of teachers and the basic role of curriculum construction.
