摘要
以广东省2021年度85所高职院校的校级质量年报为样本,从知识生产视角选择了13个反映高职院校知识供给规模和知识供给经济效益的指标构建分析框架,从整体、“一核一带一区”院校的区域比较、公办和民办院校的类型比较等方面进行分析,认为广东省高职院校在院校层面、所在区域、办学类型之间的知识供给规模和经济效益差异明显、发展不均衡,并据此提出两点建议:加强省级统筹、优化区域高职教育体制机制,推动广东省高职教育均衡发展;深化产教融合、加强内涵建设,提高知识供给的质量和效益,推动广东省高职教育高质量发展。
Taking the school-running quality annual reports of 85 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province in 2021 as a sample,13 indicators reflecting the scale of knowledge supply and the economic benefits of knowledge supply in higher vocational colleges are selected from the perspective of knowledge production to construct an analysis framework,which is analyzed from the aspects of the whole,reginal comparison of"one core,one belt and one area"colleges,type comparison of public and private colleges,etc,It is considered that there are obvious differences in the scale of knowledge supply and economic benefits and unbalanced development among higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province at the level of colleges,regions and types of running schools.Based on this,two suggestions are put forward:strengthening provincial overall planning,optimizing regional higher vocational education system and mechanism,and promoting the balanced development of higher vocational education in Guangdong Province;Deepen the integration of industry and education,strengthen the connotation construction,improve the quality and efficiency of knowledge supply,and promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education in Guangdong Province.
