摘要
在积极心理学的视角下,采用改编的心理资本量表对569名高职“双师型”教师进行测量,以探索其心理资本的结构、现状及影响因素。研究结果表明:“双师型”教师心理资本包含自省反思、乐观向上、谦虚诚恳和奋发进取四个维度。心理资本及其各维度均处于中等偏上水平,且按照得分均值由高到低的顺序,各维度依次为:自省反思、谦虚诚恳、乐观向上、奋发进取。此外,心理资本及其各维度在编制、学历、学校性质和职称等方面存在显著差异。为此,需科学地认识“双师型”教师心理资本的多维复合型结构,多措并举地创造条件来提升“双师型”教师的心理资本水平。
From the perspective of positive psychology,569 dual-qualified teachers in higher vocational education were measured by the adapted psychological capital scale to explore the structure,current situation and influencing factors of their psychological capital.The results show that the psychological capital of dualqualified teachers includes four dimensions:introspection,optimism upward,modesty and sincerity,enterprising;Psychological capital and its dimensions are at the upper middle level,and according to the order of the average score from high to low,the dimensions are:introspection,modesty and sincerity,optimism upward,enterprising.In addition,psychological capital and its dimensions have significant differences in establishment,degree,school nature and professional title.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically understand the multi-dimensional compound structure of dual-qualified teachers'psychological capital,take multiple measures to create conditions to improve the psychological capital level of dual-qualified teachers.
