产教融合的国际经验及其对江苏的启示

International Experience of Integration of Industry and Education and Its Enlightenment to Jiangsu

产教融合对于经济社会的作用越来越重要。江苏是产教融合最好的区域之一,但要推进产教融合高质量发展,需要新思路新举措。在归纳和总结新加坡、美国、德国、英国等国家产教融合的做法和经验之上,提出了这些国际经验对江苏进一步推进产教融合的启示:政府是推进产教融合的重要推力和根本保障、人才规格升级是推进产教融合的核心任务和努力方向、科技项目合作是推进产教融合的重要内容和主要载体。

The integration of industry and education plays a more and more important role in economy and society.Jiangsu is one of the best areas for the integration of industry and education,but new ideas and measures are needed to promote the high-quality development of the integration of industry and education.Based on summarizing the practices and experiences of Singapore,the United States,Germany,the United Kingdom and other countries,this paper puts forward the enlightenment of these international experiences to further promote the integration of industry and education in Jiangsu:the government is an important thrust and fundamental guarantee for further promoting the integration of industry and education,the upgrading of talent standards is the core task and direction of further promoting the integration of industry and education,and scientific and technological project cooperation is an important content and main carrier to further promote the integration of industry and education.
