糠醇改性的环氧树脂交联网络的构建及性能 被引量:5

Construction and performance of cross-linked network of furfuryl alcohol modified epoxy resin

摘要 以马来酸酐(MA)为催化剂将糠醇单体(FA)聚合生成聚糠醇(PFA),然后将不同含量的PFA加入到环氧树脂(EP)/聚醚胺(D230)体系中,固化反应得到PFA改性的环氧树脂交联网络。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、拉伸和弯曲性能测试分别对体系的化学结构、固化反应及力学性能进行了表征。结果表明,D230能够与PFA中的羰基发生反应,当D230用量为PFA质量的20%时,PFA中的羰基峰完全消失,说明此时D230与聚糠醇反应完全。体系活化能随着PFA含量的增加而降低。PFA能够明显改善环氧交联网络的力学性能,当PFA的用量为环氧树脂质量的为15%时,体系的力学性能最佳,与纯的环氧交联体系相比,拉伸强度和拉伸模量分别增加了4.8%和4.3%,而弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别增加了18.4%和25.9%。 The polyfurfuryl alcohol(PFA)was produced via the polymerization of furfuryl alcohol(FA)monomer using maleic anhydride(MA)as a catalyst. Then,different contents of PFA was added to the epoxy resin(EP)/polyetheramine(D230)system,and PFA modified epoxy resin cross-linked network was obtained after the curing reaction. The chemical structure, curing reaction and mechanical properties of the system were characterized by FTIR,DSC,tensile and bending performance tests. The results showed that D230 could react with the carbonyl group in PFA. When the amount of D230 was 20 wt% of the PFA,the carbonyl peak in PFA disappeared completely,indicating that the reaction between D230 and polyfurfuryl alcohol was complete. The system activation energy was decreased with the increase of PFA content. The mechanical properties of the epoxy cross-linked network could be significantly improved by PFA. When the amount of PFA was 15 wt% of the epoxy resin,the mechanical properties of the system were the best.Compared with the pure epoxy cross-linked system,the tensile strength and tensile modulus were increased by 4.8% and 4.3%,while the flexural strength and flexural modulus were increased by 18.4% and 25.9%,respectively.
