产教融合在培养印刷包装高级专门人才中的应用研究

印刷包装产业特点和人才需求决定了印刷包装高级专门人才培养的创新性和应用型目标。产教融合是国内外高等教育培养创新性应用型高级专门人才的有效途径。本文结合印刷包装产业特点和人才需求论述了印刷包装高等教育领域现状和特点,分析了产教融合战略对印刷包装高等教育发展与人才培养的影响,结合作者多年印刷包装高等教育实践探讨了印刷包装高等教育发展与人才培养中产教融合的实现途径。本文提出的观点对印刷包装高等教育一流专业建设和人才培养具有借鉴价值。

Innovative and application-oriented senior professionals were demanded by printing and packaging industry.The integration of industry and education is an effective way to promote creative and applied capacity of senior professionals.Focusing on current situation and characteristics of higher education in the field of printing and packaging,the effect of integration of industry and education on the development of printing and packaging higher education and talent training was analyzed.The development of higher education of printing and packaging and the method of talent training were discussed based on practical experience in higher education.The viewpoints in this paper are valuable to the printing and packaging higher education.
