基于产教融合的印刷行业机械工程专业人才培养体系架构设计

Design of Talent Training System for Mechanical Engineering Specialty of Printing Industry Based on Integration of Industry and Education

产教融合是对传统校企合作方法的深化,本文结合产教融合的提出背景,分析行业人才培养发展需求和实践要点,基于产教融合理念、产教融合意义,从课程体系更新、师资队伍建设、与课题研究相结合等方面提出行业人才培养思路,并总结了北京印刷学院机电工程专业产教融合实践和典型案例。最终期望能够促进印刷行业产教融合、人才培养与产业创新更好地结合,推动产教融合促进人才培养良性局面的形成。

In this paper,the development needs and practical points of talents training in the industry under the background of the integration of industry and education were analyzed.Based on the concept of industry education integration,the meaning of the integration of industry and education,the talent training thought was put forward from the arrangement of training programs,the construction of teacher team and combination with the programs.Some typical cases of the training practice of mechanical engineering talents in School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication have been summarized.Finally,it is expected to promote the integration of industry and education in the printing industry,better integration of talent training and industrial innovation,and promote the formation of a benign situation of talent cultivation through the integration of industry and education.
