“综合式”服装人才培养模式探析

An Analysis of"Comprehensive"Fashion Talent Training Mode

[研究意义]传统的教学模式致使课堂上的学生学习兴趣不高,培养的学生解决现代社会问题的能力不强。而"综合式"服装人才培养就是要把大学生培养成在服装专业上有一定造诣,且其能适合社会的快速发展,并且学生个性也是健康活泼的人才。[研究方法]依据马克思主义的"人的全面发展和实践"理论,分析"完全人"在社会中应具有的内涵,构建了"综合式"服装人才培养模式。[研究结果和结论]研究认为,通过设计理论与实践两种开放式教学模式的具体内容,设置自由综合学习、综合学习课程与课堂教学中的三种综合学习时间设置,推行基础问题探讨、感受实践经验与研究自由开放的三种研究性学习方法并普及,促进学生的能力、素质、需要、个性、潜能、人格与社会关系得到了全方位发展,实现了学生个性健康、和谐与全面发展的目的。研究表明,"综合式"人才培养模式成功应用在服装人才培养领域,已起到了很好的效果,并且具有推广价值。

The traditional teaching mode leads to the students’low interest in learning in the classroom,and the students’ability to solve modern social problems is not strong.The"comprehensive"clothing talent training is to train college students into talents who have certain attainments in the clothing major,can adapt to the rapid development of society,and the students’personality is also healthy and lively.According to the Marxist theory of"man’s all-round development and practice",this paper analyzes the connotation of"perfect man"in society,and constructs a"comprehensive"clothing talent training mode.The research holds that the ability,quality,needs,personality,potential,personality and social relationship of students have been developed in an all-round way,and the purpose of healthy,harmonious and all-round development of students’personality has been realized by designing the specific contents of the two open teaching modes of theory and practice,setting up three kinds of comprehensive learning time in free comprehensive learning,comprehensive learning course and classroom teaching,carrying out and popularizing three research-based learning methods:Discussion of basic problems,feeling of practical experience and free and open research.The research shows that the"comprehensive"talent training mode has been successfully applied in the field of garment talent training,has resulted in a good effect with popularization value.
