内部准备度视角下的组织平台化转型研究述评 被引量:5

Review on the Research of Organizational Platform Transformation from the Perspective of Internal Readiness

摘要 组织平台化转型不可避免地改变了组织结构、工作流程和关系模式,给员工、团队和整个组织都带来了新的挑战和机遇。在宏观层面,平台技术和平台模式的应用要求组织进行相应的经营管理模式转型,制定配套的组织管理措施,以适应平台化的新要求、提升组织的竞争优势;在微观层面,作为组织平台化转型战略的落地实施者,组织内各角色对平台化转型的认知、态度,以及其所具备的平台能力等都显著影响着组织转型的进程与效果。因此,本研究聚焦平台化转型中组织内部准备度问题,通过回顾现有组织平台化和组织内部准备度等相关文献,梳理组织平台化转型对内部人力资源的多层次要求,整合影响平台化转型各层面准备度的多重因素,为未来研究者探究组织内部角色的平台准备与适应提供因素框架和逻辑思路。 Organizational platform transformation inevitably changes the organizational structure,workflow,and relationship mode,which brings new challenges and opportunities to employees,teams,and the whole organization.At the macro level,the application of platform technology and platform mode requires the organization to change its operations and management and formulate supporting management measures to meet the new requirements of platform and enhance the competitive advantage of the organization at the micro level,employees and teams are the key implementers of organizational platform transformation strategy,whose cognitions,attitudes and platform abilities significantly influence the progresses and effectiveness of organizational transformation.Therefore,from the perspective of organizational readiness,this study reviews the existing literature on organizational platform transformation and internal readiness,summarizes the multi-level requirements of organizational platform transformation on internal human resources,and integrates the multiple factors that influence organizational readiness of platform transformation,to provide a theoretical framework and directions for researchers to further explore the platform transformation of organizations.
