摘要
目的研究不同来源威灵仙抗炎镇痛谱效关系。方法采用小鼠耳肿胀及扭体实验比较不同来源威灵仙抗炎镇痛效果。采用HPLC法建立不同来源威灵仙色谱指纹图谱,以偏最小二乘回归分析法研究谱效相关性。结果11批样品的特征指纹图谱中有38个特征峰,其中23个为共有峰,与抗炎作用呈较大正相关的有P22>P29>P31,呈较大负相关的有P20>P36>P16>P14>P2>P33>P30;与镇痛作用呈较大正相关的有P36>P32>P13>P17>P16,呈较大负相关的有P26>P4>P1>P22>P2>P30。结论威灵仙抗炎与镇痛的物质基础不同。
Objective To study the spectrum effect relationship of Clematis from different sources based on partial least squares regression.Methods The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Clematis from different sources are compared by ear swelling and writhing test in mice.HPLC method is used to establish the chromatographic fingerprints of Clematis from different sources,and partial least squares regression analysis is used to study the correlation between the spectrum and effect.Results There are 38 characteristic peaks in the fingerprints of 13 batches of samples,of which 23 are common peaks,P22>P29>P31 have a greater positive correlation with anti-inflammatory effect,and P20>P36>P16>P14>P2>P33>P30 have a greater negative correlation;P36>P32>P13>P17>P16 have a greater positive correlation with analgesic effect,and P26>P4>P1>P22>P2>P30 have a greater negative correlation.Conclusion The anti-inflammatory and analgesic material basis of Clematis is different.
