条件实战是指有条件限制的实战,在散打训练中是一种重要的训练方法,对提高运动员技战术水平有着重要作用。本文主要研究散打项目中条件实战训练的特点、条件实战分类及运用,明确条件实战训练的目的与方法,丰富条件实战教学训练手段,旨在进一步提高散打运动员的竞技水平。

Conditional actual combat means the actual combat with limitation.As an important training method,free combat training plays an essential role in improving the field combat level of athletes.This paper mainly focuses on the main feature,the category of conditional actual combat and its application on free combat.It also clarifies the target and method of actual combat training,and enriches the training ways,with the purpose of further improving the competitive level of free combat athletes.
