增强“消费”对辽宁经济发展基础性作用实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Basic Role of Strengthening Consumption on Liaoning’s Economic Development

经济增长依靠经济内循环为主的大背景下,增强"消费"对经济发展的基础性作用尤其重要,但理论界此方面的研究较少。通过对辽宁经济大数据进行实证分析,得出辽宁城市居民消费支出每增加1%,人均GDP增长0.888 462%;政府消费支出每增长1%,人均GDP下降0.207 510%。根据实证分析结论提出"增强"消费对辽宁经济增长基础性作用的对策建议。

Under the background that economic growth relies mainly on economic internal circulation, the theoretical circle has little research on how to enhance the fundamental role of consumption in economic development. This paper conducts an empirical analysis of economic big data, and concludes that for every 1% increase in consumption expenditure of urban residents in Liaoning, per capita GDP increases by 0.888462%;for every 1% increase in government consumption expenditure, per capita GDP decreases by 0.207510%. According to the conclusions of empirical analysis, some countermeasures and suggestions on how to enhance the fundamental role of "consumption" in Liaoning’s economic growth are drawn.
