Research on the Party Construction Leading the High Quality Development of HigherVocational Colleges

党的建设是抓好各项工作的根本,"十四五"背景下高职院校高质量发展也必然离不开这一重要引擎。当前不仅高职教育中心工作、高职党建工作本身都与"高质量"发展标准存在很大差距,而且二者之间还不能够很好地融合,"两张皮"现象亟待破局。在探讨党建工作引领高职院校高质量发展的意义的基础上,针对以上问题进行分析,从政治引领、思想引领、组织引领、干部引领等四个方面研究其实现路径具有一定的实践价值。

The construction of the Party is the fundamental to do all the work well. The high-quality development of Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of the 14 th five year plan is also inseparable from this important engine. At present, not only the work of the center of higher vocational education and the Party construction work of higher vocational education are far from the development standard of "high quality", but also the two can not be well integrated, and the phenomenon of "two skins" needs to be broken. On the basis of discussing the significance of Party construction leading the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the above problems, and it has practical value to study the realization path from four aspects: political guidance,ideological guidance, organization leading and cadre leading.
