基于OBE理念的自动化专业人才培养模式改革与实践

Reform and Practice of Training Mode of Automation Professionals Based on OBE Concept

人才培养模式改革是顺应人才培养需求,不断完善与优化培养体系的动态过程。以沈阳工程学院自动化专业人才培养模式改革为对象,紧跟高等教育改革发展的新形势,以OBE理念为指导,给出自动化专业人才培养模式改革思路,并分别从课程体系构建、教学内容整合、课堂教学方法改革、课堂教学模式改革和评价体系构建等方面提出了具体措施。实践证明,学生在知识、能力和素质三方面得到更好的提升,为地方高校相关专业人才培养模式构建提供了参考。

The reform of talent training mode is a dynamic process of continuously improving and optimizing the training system to meet the needs of talent training. Based on the reform of the training mode of automation professionals in Shenyang Institute of Engineering, following the new situation of higher education reform and development, and guided by the OBE concept, this paper gives the reform ideas of the training mode of automation professionals. And put forward the concrete measures of reform from the curriculum system, teaching content,classroom teaching method, classroom teaching mode and evaluation system respectively. Practice has proved that students have been better promoted in three aspects: knowledge, ability and quality, which provides a reference for the construction of relevant professional personnel training mode in local colleges and universities.
