廉政研究的整体架构及其学理向度

Integrity Research:Its Integral Structure and Theoretical Dimension

廉政研究的显学意义日趋升温,其地位作用以及学理性的辨识,已经摆脱了既往的争议状态和认知迷茫,故此整体审视廉政研究状态并把握其学理向度尤显紧迫。首先在基础理论层面,应深入探讨廉政研究学理性整体构建何以可能,致力于推动其学科体系、学术体系、话语体系的总体构建;其次在战略研判层面,须清晰阐明意识形态赋能廉政研究,确证其服务于新时代党的建设与社会主义法治国家建设的价值旨归;最后在实践发展层面,要重点强调廉政建设的方向与成效,树立“廉政思维”,锤炼“中国特色”。

The significance of the study of clean government is becoming ever more obvious,and the recognition of its status and scientific rationality is ridding itself of the previous controversial state and cognitive confusion.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to look at the state of integrity research as a whole to grasp its theoretical dimensions.From the perspective of theoretical foundation,explorations are to be made into the possibility of integrity studies,the construction of its disciplinary system,academic system and discourse system to be focused on;Secondly,at the level of strategic research and judgment,it is necessary to clearly demarcate ideological research on incorrupt government for the confirmation of its purpose to serve Party construction and rule-of-law socialist governance construction.Finally,as regard practical implementation,it is still necessary to establish the integrity mentality and forge Chinese characteristics.
