建立医用耗材综合价值评估指标体系初探

Establishment of Multi-criteria Value Assessment Index System for Medical Consumables

医用耗材种类繁多、专业性高、管理难度大,易导致价格虚高、临床使用不合理等问题。如何促使医用耗材回归价值是科学管理医用耗材、推进医药服务供给侧改革的核心。本文基于国内外价值评估的研究基础和医院实际工作经验,结合医用耗材的特殊性,设计了医用耗材综合价值评估的指标体系,提出从临床价值、经济价值、患者价值、社会价值和附加价值五个维度对医用耗材进行综合价值评估,并对该体系的具体应用提出建议。

With wide varieties,high professionalism and management complexity,the application of medical consumables in clinical setting can easily induce problems like nominal high price and improper clinical use.It is critical to realize that this problem is far from the resolution and the key to the success is to center on the value assessment foundation for medical consumables to encourage value-based application.Based on the value evaluation and clinical application knowledge both at home and abroad,this paper established a multi-criteria comprehensive value assessment tool,which included five assessment dimensions:clinical value,economic value,patient value,society value and added value services,and provided application suggestions as well.
