基于关联规则和聚类分析的中药治疗崩漏用药规律研究

Medication Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Metrorrhagia Based on Association Rules and Cluster Analysis

通过对中医药治疗崩漏临床基础研究的用药特色、潜在关联规则及配伍规律分析,为中医药治疗崩漏提供参考。以中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库做资料来源,搜集近10年符合纳入标准的组方建立数据库,采用频数、关联规则、聚类等分析中药治疗崩漏的用药规律。共纳入方剂167首,含159味中药,高频使用中药有黄芪、熟地黄、当归等,药性以温、平为主,药味以甘、苦为主,主归肝、肾和脾经,功效分类以补益药、活血药和止血药居多。关联规则分析得到9组核心药物组合,系统聚类分析归为4类,因子分析中提取7个公因子。通过对中医药治疗崩漏临床使用分析发现,整体用药原则为固涩止血、求因治本并调理善后,为"塞流、澄源、复旧"三法治疗崩漏提供数据支持。

In this article, we analyzed the medication characteristics, potential association rules and compatibility rules of Chinese medicine in the treatment of metrorrhagia, in order to provide reference for the treatment of metrorrhagia. China National Knowledge Network(CNKI) and Wanfang database were searched to collect prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria in the past 10 years to establish a database. Frequency analysis, association rules, and clustering analysis methods were used to study the medication rules for metrorrhagia treatment. A total of 167 prescriptions, including 159 Chinese herbs were selected, Chinese herbs with high-frequency use were Radix Astragali, Rehmanniae, Angelica, etc., the main characteristics were Wen and Ping, the main drug taste were Gan and Ku, the main channel tropism were Liver, Kidney and Spleen. According to the efficacy, Chinese herbs mainly include Buyi drugs, Huoxue drugs and hemostatic drugs. 9 core drug combinations were obtained by association rule analysis, medication rules were classified into 4 categories by systematic cluster analysis, and 7 common factors were extracted by factor analysis. By analyzing the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of metrorrhagia, it is concluded that the overall principle of drug use is Gushezhixue, Qiuyinzhiben and to improve the prognosis, it also provide data support for the traditional treatment for metrorrhagia: Sailiu, Chengyuan, Fujiu.
