西安市386家放射诊疗机构放射诊疗设备配置情况调查 被引量:2

Investigation on resource allocation of radiotherapy equipment in 386 radiological diagnosis and treatment institutions in Xi’an City

摘要 目的分析西安市医疗卫生机构放射诊疗设备配置数量、放射工作人员结构、防护设备配备及防护用品配备情况,为进一步优化资源配置提供参考依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,于2019年4-12月对西安市386家放射医疗机构的基本情况、放射诊疗设备、防护配套设备和放射工作人员数等方面进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果本次调查纳入医疗机构386家,放射工作人员共3 668名,其中三级医院占比最高,为58.3%;男性放射工作人员多于女性放射工作人员。X射线影像诊断设备、放射治疗设备、核医学设备和介入放射学设备主要在三级医院中,分别为310、31、25和176台,占比31.6%、94.0%、100.0%和93.1%。二级医院影像增强器透视设备、胃肠机较多,分别为16和30台,占比43.3%和40.0%。一级医院中屏片X射线摄影设备最多,共有46台,占58.2%。牙科类设备主要集中在其他医疗机构中。各等级放射诊疗机构的各类防护用品配置率均>100%,防护用品在各等级放射诊疗机构中配备充足。在防护设备配备方面,各种防护设备三级医院配比较高,核医学活度计、核医学表面污染仪、个人剂量报警仪、辐射巡测仪及剂量仪分别占100.0%、100.0%、53.1%、72.7%和96.3%。二级医院辐射巡测仪配备较高,占72.7%。结论三级医院的放射诊疗设备数量、放射工作人员数量高于二级及以下放射诊疗机构,各等级医院防护用品配备充足,三级医院的防护设备配备方面配比较高。 Objective To analyze the allocation quantity of radiotherapy equipment,structure of radiation workers,allocation of protective equipment and protective articles in medical institutions in Xi’an City,provide research data for further optimizing resource allocation. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to investigate the basic information,radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment,protective equipment and the number of radiological workers in 386 radiological medical institutions in Xi’an City from April to December,2019. And the data were analyzed. Results Totally 386 medical institutions were investigated,including 3 668 radiation workers,and the tertiary hospitals accounted for the highest proportion(58.3%). There were more male radiation workers than female radiation workers. There were 310 X-ray diagnostic equipment,31 radiotherapy equipment,25 nuclear medicine equipment and 176 interventional radiology equipment in tertiary hospitals,which accounted for31.6%,94.0%,100.0% and 93.1%,respectively. There were 16 image intensifier fluoroscopy equipment and 30 gastrointestinal machines in secondary hospitals,which accounted for 43.3% and 40.0% respectively. There were 46 screen X-ray equipment in primary hospitals,accounting for 58.2%. Dental equipment was mainly concentrated in other medical institutions. The distribution rates of all kinds of protective equipment in radiological diagnosis and treatment institutions at all grades were >100%,and protective equipment,and protective equipment was adequately equipped in radiological diagnosis and treatment institutions at all grades. In terms of protective equipment,the allocation rate in tertiary hospitals was higher,which the nuclear medicine activity meter,nuclear medicine surface contamination meter,personal dose alarm meter,radiation patrol meter and dose meter accounted for 100.0%,100.0%,53.1%,72.7% and 96.3%,respectively. The allocation rate of radiation patrol instruments in secondary hospitals was higher,accounting for 72.7%. Conclusion The number of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment and radiological workers in tertiary hospitals is higher than that in radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions of secondary level and below. The protect ive appliances are adequately equipped in hospitals at all grades. The allocation of protective equipment in tertiary hospitals is high.
