失能老人照护者负担及影响因素的研究现状

Research status of burden and influencing factors of disabled elderly caregivers

近年来,我国失能老人数量逐渐增多,失能老人照护者作为这一领域的特殊群体,却未能得到充分研究和关注。如何解决失能老人照护负担问题成为我国亟待解决的社会问题,这将有利于推动我国养老事业的发展。我们综述了我国失能老人照护者照护现状及其影响因素,总结相关建议,为减轻失能老人照护者负担,提高照护者及失能老人生活质量,也为有关研究人员提供参考。

In recent years,the number of disabled elderly in my country has gradually increased. Disabled elderly caregivers,as a special group in this field,have not received sufficient research and attention. How to solve the burden of care for the disabled elderly has become a social problem that needs to be solved urgently in our country,which will help promote the development of our country’s elderly care. We review the current status of of care for disabled elderly caregivers in my country and their influencing factors,summarize relevant recommendations,to reduce the burden on disabled elderly caregivers,improve the quality of life of caregivers and disabled elderly,and provide references for related researchers.
