诺和锐特充治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床效果及安全性分析

Clinical effect and safety analysis of novoretazole in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:分析诺和锐特充在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法:研究对象为80例妊娠期糖尿病患者,研究时间为2018年1月至2020年12月,将研究对象分为常规组(接受诺和灵R注射治疗)与观察组(接受诺和锐特充治疗),比较两组患者临床效果、血糖情况、妊娠结局。结果:观察组患者治疗效果高于常规组患者,P<0.05;观察组患者血糖水平低于常规组患者,P<0.05,观察组患者不良妊娠结局低于常规组患者,P<0.05。结论:诺和锐特充治疗有着显著治疗效果,且安全性较高,可以考虑积极应用。

Objective:To analyze the application value of Noxoride in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:The subjects were 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,and the study period was January 2018 to December 2020.They were divided into routine group(receiving Novol R injection treatment)and observation group(receiving Novol Recharge treatment),and the clinical effects,blood glucose levels and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:The therapeutic effect of observation group was higher than that of conventional group,P<0.05;The blood glucose level in observation group was lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05),and the adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Novotretcharge has significant therapeutic effect and high safety,so it can be actively promoted.
