摘要 人工智能正以前所未有的速度改变教育,给未来教育带来高度不确定性的影响,人工智能融入教育对教师的存在价值、角色定位和职业素养提出了新要求,重新认识教师的审美素养具有重要意义。该文基于教育美学的视角,指出审美是人类的特殊精神领域和人工智能所难以超越的特质,人工智能没有审美属性,人类教师的审美素养无可替代。审美素养是人工智能时代教师重要的职业素养,彰显着教育的本质属性,表征着教师职业的育人特征,激发教师不断追求美的教育。在人工智能时代,培育教师的审美素养需要转变观念,重视激发教师自我提升的意愿;完善体系,构建一体化的教师审美素养培养机制;强化保障,营造教师审美素养生成的良好环境。 Artificial Intelligence is changing education at an unprecedented speed, which has a highly uncertain impact on future education. The integration of artificial intelligence into education puts forward new requirements for teachers’ existence value, role orientation and professional quality. It is of great significance to re-understand teachers’ aesthetic quality. Based on the perspective of educational aesthetics, this paper points out that aesthetic is a special spiritual field of human beings and a characteristic that artificial intelligence can not surpass. Artificial Intelligence has no aesthetic attribute, and human teachers’ aesthetic quality is irreplaceable.Aesthetic quality is an important professional quality of teachers in the era of artificial intelligence. It highlights the essential attribute of education, represents the educational characteristics of teachers’ profession, and stimulates teachers to pursue the education of beauty. In the era of artificial intelligence, cultivating teachers’ aesthetic quality needs to change their concepts, pay attention to stimulating teachers’ willingness to improve themselves, improve the system, construct an integrated teacher’s aesthetic quality training mechanism, strengthen the guarantee, and create a good environment for the generation of teachers’ aesthetic quality.
